    DefaultMo is home :)

So I picked up Mo this afternoon and the introduction to Abbey went pretty smoothly. She snipped at him once but only after he wouldn't quit following her and she was exhausted from all the getting up and moving away from him most of the afternoon and evening. He wants to follow her everywhere and Abbey wants to sniff him but only on HER time and I can completely understand. She hasn't been around a puppy in 9 years either so we're hoping she eventually comes around.

He is doing great with "come and "sit" commands and loves to nose dive into the grass outside, pull some up, and then run around. He doesn't care too much for the play pen we got him but it's only been the first time he has been put in it while we eat. When he gets scared, he runs behind me and lays down. He is now completely zonked out in his crate and I haven't heard a whine out of him. I hope this is the rule and not the exception as far as crating goes. When he sleeps, he kicks both legs out straight behind him. I can't believe how much I am already in love with him. He, in now way, replaces my Cinney Bear, but he fills part of the hole in my heart she left behind.

Congratulations! What a sweet baby!! Make sure you give Abbey some alone time away from the pup, it will make the transition easier if she doesn't have to constantly dodge a nippy, curious pup!

I have been and have also been loving her up so she doesn't feel replaced

What a precious little one! Take lots of pictures because he will grow up in no time. By the time he grows out of his puppy antics, Abbey and Mo will be best friends.
