We are trying to redo the house and are wanting to find something that would make a nice toy storage for the dogs but yet look nice as well. Christmas is coming and the furkids will be getting new toys to add to their stash Most of the ones I have seen for dogs are way too small. Looking for something that would be nice but yet not break the bank.
What do you use?
I use a plastic crate , 14X24" 11"high. They come in various sizes and colors. My dogs take toys out of there but lots of luck teaching them to put toys away. They're not happy until they are scattered all over the house.
I have a cylindrical basket in the corner in the dining room. It's pretty full of dog toys and they can help themselves when they want something. I can't see the point of one with a lid.
Sharon, Blaise and Diesel.
I use a woven basket - not that the toys stay in there for long ( Just like human children )
I would suggest soemthing with a lid as a deterrent
Caleb's toys are in a mesh laundry hamper. As you can see, the wall abnd fridge help hold everything in, tho. It would be easier to split his toys into two hampers, but we don't have the room for another one.
We have a large rectangular basket with handles and lined with fabric.
I have a wicker basket full of toys for the kids. And yes they are just like kids. When we get home from work, there are toys spread from one end of the house to the other. I thought they slept all day!
Big wicker basket, which Charlotte likes to drag around after she has taken all the toys out of it
Only after the last tree has been cut down, only after the last river has been poisoned, only after the last fish has been caught, only then will you find that money cannot be eaten. - Cree prophecy
Boone has a basket that he enjoys emptying all over the family room. i would like a bigger basket but then that would be more toys scattered and we all know who has to pick them up !!!
boone and joann
Wooden basket in the front room. When the toys are all over the floor I tell Sadie.."you better pick up your toys!!" Of course she looks at me with the WTH look and then barks.
