dishwasher pre-rinse cycle and garbage disposal.
She is sitting in the kitchen licking clean all the dishes as mom cooks and helping to reduce the compost material. So far she has eaten the left over bacon from breakfast, cleaned a few plates of the egg yolks and eaten the peels from the apples and a few pieces of banana. I don't think it is helping that mom is slipping her tasty nuggets like raw turkey gizzards.
Oh well Thanksgiving only comes once a year she may as enoy it.

Karon and Cinnamon
Oooh lucky girl!
Daisy and Lola want to come over to your house!
Daisy, Hayshaker She's Utterly Unforgettable, CGC
Lola, our mellow yellow gal. Gotcha on 1-7-07
Robert does that too. I'm always afraid he's gong to step on the door and break it.
LOL, Payton says, "Good job, Cinnamon. We're just doing our best to keep the drain clog-free."
Payton can be asleep on her bed and she will come running when the dishwasher door opens.
Come on folks! This is their job. It saves lots of water. You don't have to rinse or scrape anything before putting it is the dishwahser. Maybe you don't know what a dishwasher is really for. It is really just an enclosed drying rack. You have a dog(s) for getting them clean.
PS: 40 years ago when my Mom was alive, the first time we had my folks over for dinner. I finished my meal, and set the dish on the floor for the dog to lick. My Mom's face had a really strange expression on it. I then said, 'Mom! She does a really good job. We don't have to wash anything after she cleans them off.' Lets just say the expression of shock preceded a lashing of me that I still remember.
Poor new wife. She didn't know how to explain me to my own mother.
