    DefaultCleo update: Possible surgery :(

The vet just called. There is something stuck in Cleo's throat and she already has signs of lung edema. They are going to put her under and try to scope whatever it is out. If that doesn't work I don't know what they will do...I guess surgery. I feel so guilty. I should have watched her better. I shouldn't have let her play with those stuffed toys. I have a feeling that's what it is. She ripped one apart this morning and I thought I got it all and threw it away but she must have swallowed some. She is only 12 weeks old....just a baby. And it's all my fault she is so sick.

    Oh, I am so sorry.
    Don't blame yourself...these things happen.
Moka broke her leg at 4 months old (2 surgeries) and ate an entire 6 foot long leash when she was 8 months old.
Java tore both ACLs at 13 months old (2 surgeries).

It happens...what's important is that you recognized that something was wrong and took her right in for treatment.
    Good thoughts for Baby Cleo.
