I don't really understand your post, but in response...the insurance isn't the only reason to have him vaccinated, of course. We live in a city and frequent parks every day where who knows what has been. I also don't over vaccinate, 15 months is plenty...He's insured for any medical issues for £10,000; if we invalidate that by not having the vaccine, I don't have the money to pay - I do the best by my boy.
The AVMA recommends full puppy series, followed by booster after one year then every three years. In our area Rabies is only required every three years, not yearly. Rabies vaccine protocol can vary by area. And not one of the Veterinary Pet Insurance companies we deal with at our clinic have any type of policy rider on frequency of vaccine. None.
Here (England) all of them do - though obviously I wouldn't give them to him if I, or my vet, thought it was any harm
