Last night, I had potato chips and cottage cheese (ya, maybe weird, but I could live on it). Apparently, I put the plastic film that covers the new tub of cottage cheese on top of a box, which was on top of my "crate" table behind my couch. My dogs know that counter surfing is forbidden (actually I do not think the thought has ever crossed their minds).
However, apparently the smell of cottage cheese on the film was just too great for Hoss today while I was not at home. But, knowing that counter surfing is forbidden, rather than "surfing" by jumping on the front of the crates, Hoss jumps on the couch (which he is allowed to do) and reached over the crates, and on top of the box to get the cottage cheese rich film.
I did not realize what had happened, until he barfed up the film in front of me. Big blond stinker!!!!

What a smart guy! Hard to fault him for that and at least it was something good for him!

Sometimes the hardest part isn't letting go - but learning to start over.
You have to give him kudos! He's pretty ingenious!!

Pretty smart boy. Glad the plastic film came back up & didn't cause an upset tummy.
He walks a thin line between forbidden and allowed.
