Carol and I can't say enough thanks to all here who've posted on this and the other related threads. Your kind words are most comforting and it's the empathy and comraderie of the guys and gals here who help make selecting, raising and ultimately burying a much loved dawg endurable.
I'm always comforted by these words ... "God, in His infinite wisdom, chose to make a dawg's life much shorter than our's because He wants us to enjoy the company of many during our days here. Afterall, they are His 2nd proudest invention.
Cappy ... God was very generous with me by allowing me to share you even if for only a little over 13 years. Keep the blind warm for me, my dear friend.
Love your quote.
