Probably any pet supply place, brick/mortar or online.
What about stainless? Lighter in weight and there are tons of stainless slow feeders out there.

Never seen one. Only seen them in plastic. Get the ceramic one you want and stand a can in the middle of the bowl.

I have not seen a ceramic one. I have seen them in plastic and stainless steel. I have the stainless steel. It works well.

Utter rubbish. A yellow lab's nose may lighten (turn pinkish) in the winter months (commonly called "snow nose") and with age. A younger yellow lab whose nose turns pink during the winter will generally have that lump of coal look again come summer.

Elevated Slow Down Feeders for Dogs at Drs Foster and Smith
Here is some I found. Never tried them. You can just buy the bowl and not the elevated feeder.

I have the "brake-fast" dog bowl and part of the concept is that is slides around on the floor thus taking even more time to eat.
    Welcome to brake-fast.net!
After 4 years I was able to put it away.

My SIL claimed Tess had allergies because they drink from a plastic bowl.lol. She had it before I got her.

I've never seen the slow feeder bowls so spread Tessa's food a big dish and it slows her down.
