    Thumbs upVANGIE-VET REPORT

ok, all bloods relating to liver, etc perfect.
her EOSINOPHIL level should be 1200m and it's 2100. could be a parasite in intestines or an allergic reaction.
could be her food (which i transitioned her on as slowly as possible when we got her. she was on eukenuba light as when guiding eyes got her back she was obese) and i feed mine kirkland chicken and rice. ) could be chicken, or could be when she was outside she found a dead mouse or.....
we're keeping our fingers crossed that it passes now 2 meals down so far, and then will transition her from the home cooked lamb (gag) to food and see.it's gonna be trial and error. if need be, we change to lamb and rice.
thanks for all the caring and good wishes. at least now, i have some answers.

Do they treat for a parasite just in case? Good luck - hope it continues to improve!

right now, it's a wait and see. he doesn't want another stool sample and just wants me slowly to reintroduce the food. still have the lamb and rice, home cooked (gag me) and will see.it could go away now on it's own, it could be something simple like chicken doesn't agree with her or maybe she nibbled a piece of dead mouse.
meanwhile, i'm keeping all fingers and paws crossed.

I'm not so sure I'd want to transition back to the food she was on if the vet thinks she might be allergic. If she's doing well on home cooked lamb and rice, why not try lamb and rice kibble instead?

Kirkland makes a lamb and rice food also. Hopefully it's passed now but if not the lamb is only $2 more than the chicken.

the price is the least of it. i 'll get fresh lamb and cook if need be, even tho the smell makes me gag. maybe i should cook it later on in the day.

    so far, so good.
good poops, eating, and staying in. lamb and rice cooked here.
    not lethargic, playful, happy.
just trying to kill me, i guess.

    thanks for asking.
