    DefaultGetting used to your puppy

I can now sympathize with those people that post that their puppy is out of control !

Funny how you forget the trauma of your first puppy !

Of course, they are still totally worth it !

    Cute Jasper.

Oh I will never forget. Kassa was terrible. Erns is still a puppy at 10.Tonight after he chewed a hole in my new track pants I sat down to watch t.v. and heard him up to no good. Foor goodness sake dog is there anything you dont do...then smiled as I knew these are annoying, but treasured moments.

Every bit of them is totally worth it.

You can see it by the look on her face.

I hear ya on that one! Sophie will be 11 months on the 13th, while she has gotten better behaved, she managed to get stuck under the deck today, this after chewing up 2 coax cables and a phone charger. She is now sleeping the slumber of the innocents, and I am sure wondering why mama would say such a thing about such an innocent little girl!

Chris is right - you go from wanting to strangle them to loving them even more for their antics!

We are right with you Colin with DD's newest addition. It is quite nice that she just comes and play's and then goes home. Demon Spawn part time is much easier then full time

She found the joys of Fox poo today ! Yesterday was a dive in the fish pond !

I echo the grand kid mentality of hand them back at the end of the day Di ! :-)

She's adorable. I don't think I have it in me to raise another lab pup. I love my Cinder but looking back I wonder how I survived. Lol. Of course that never stopped me from having another baby so who knows, maybe I'll decide it's worth it later on. =) She's truly a fantastic dog....now. Fox poop has no joys by the way.

aww, look at that face, how can you not love/forgive it!!

In comparison to other stories i have read, Harvey was an 'easy' pup. He was house broken within about 10 days and he wasnt really distructive... apart from the 16 pairs of shoes he chewed up. But that was our fault, we shouldn't hsve left the shoes laying around...right? Anyway, it meant i got to go shoe shopping
