    Did you stretch after the walk?

    I find the easiest way to get rid of aching muscles is some stretching and then a nice hot shower, then the next day I do some light walking and stretching. Lots of stretches!!!!

    He looks so tired and happy! I run about 5 miles a day and although winter is coming, once spring hits I'm going to take Lola with for a mile or two of that!
    I also agree, green is so Alfie's color!
