Just sending some good thoughts and many, many prayers for Emma today. You will both be in my thoughts and prayers today.
Thank you Iisa. I'm sitting here alone after leaving Emma at the hospital. I will start cleening soon, to keep me busy and try not to worry.
She didn't wanna go in poor girl and she started shaking. X-rays looked good. So she's done for surgery this afternoon. It's just before 2 p.m here so I think it will take an hour before the vet start the surgery. I stayed in the room when the nurse came and took her to her cage. It's something I always do. Let her leave me (I wait until she's out of sight before I go), not the other way. I think it helps her knowing I wait for her.
I feel bad I forget to leave her blanket with her. I brought it, and then forgot it in the backpack Sad. I was so busy kissing her and remember to remind the vet about her special food, and take a look at her ears and teeth and claws. So I forgot her blankie Sad. Vet will call when surgery is done... IF it can be done. I pray and hope he can get the whole lump out. (Even if I know it's not likely). She will stay until tomorrow, maybe even Sunday.

This is the worst part of falling in love with our pups. It is so stressful when they are sick, but I am adding Emma and you to a prayer request at an online radio station I listen to...www.klove.com. Again, I will be thinking of you today, please post as soon as you hear something. God Bless

Many, many prayers for Emma today. We'll be thinking of you today Veronica.
Good thoughts and prayers for Emma.
Special prayers for Emma today. My last lab, Kasa (1990-2002) had a similar experience. She had a large lump removed behind her shoulder at age 10, and a small lump came up in the same place only a short time later. After the second lump was removed, she was fine and it never came back.
My prayers are added for you both Veronica. We stand beside you.
