    Bob, thanks for posting that. I thought it was a great article. I had to take Daisy to a specialist a while back and it was difficult to decide if I should or nott. In my case it turned out that the specialist said the same thing my vet did, but that is neither here nor there, informative article and beneficial for all pet owners to read!

    One of the things I respected most about my vet was her advisement to seek out a canine cardiologist when Wesley's TVD came back to haunt him later in life. I think it shows a remarkable sense of humility (something no doc has in abundance) to say: This is beyond me, and your best interest would be served by finding someone for whom this problem is a sweet-spot.
