    DefaultWalk in the woods/field (pics)

Bauer and I went for a walk this morning in the field/woods. We are expecting a winter storm this afternoon, he will be thrilled with the snow . . . although the woods/fields thrill him too. I only had my cell phone with me, so the pics aren't the best . . . and I didn't get pics of the 4 deer antlers that he found (a very good day for my almost 4 year old puppy):

Um . . . mom, let's go! We have stuff to investigate!!

    Here I come!

I am following the deer path, I smell them . . . there will be antlers somewhere!

The deer paths are very easy to follow . . . and this one leads to the front of my son's deer blind:

    Bauer investigating the area:

Di, I have had my eye on this "Charlie Brown Christmas Tree", it might be ready next year:

I worked for these photos . . . my feet were soaking wet, and freezing!!:

Great pics! Looks like a wonderful place to explore and run around.

(I love my waterproof hiking boots. Looks like you really could have used something like that.)

That looks like a great morning. Do you bring the antlers home for him to chew?

Good photos. When it snows does Bauer push his face around in the snow with his butt in the air? Jack bulldozes his face all over the yard in the snow. I am not sure just what that is all about but each and every day there is snow on the ground when we go out you can count on it. Jack is the same age as Bauer. He will be 4 on March 17. Happy New year.
