I LOVE all labs, and dogs in general, but since I was born I have always had a black lab. I'm partial! What about you?

I a very picky, lol. I like all color labs but. I like the black labs that are of the field line.the yellow and chocolate I like the bench or show look on them.I don't know why maybe it;s because Tank is a black and from the field line? I do not mind color. My mom she is a black and chocolate fan. She said she would NEVER have a yellow lab but once she saw bent she fell in love with him but she is in denial and says he is part golden, lol.

lol.. So true! My dogs hide dirt well, which isn't always a good thing. I find random mud spots but see nothing on them without looking hard.

I love all the colors. Our Maggie was a fox red. When we were looking for a puppy after Maggie died, we thought we might get another yellow, even though the dark colored ones are often hard to find around here. We met with a breeder that had yellows and chocolates. Sophie is a really dark chocolate, almost like a Hershy's dark choc candy bar. It was love at first sight. I think the color was an attraction, but her personality is what made her so special.

I love all labs but am partial to blacks. Besides, after almost 20 years with black labs...my clothes are all suited to black labs.
