Thanks. Never give mine jerky treats although I have been tempted at times.

Thanks for the info. It's so hard to find stuff made in the USA, but I always try to do that and buy American. China sucks.

Yeah. I wouldn't buy any Nestle Formula for Kaitlin because it doesn't say on the label where it's made, so we assumed.

I didn't feed my kids baby Num-Nums infant's biscuits. Also made in China even though they made a point of saying they used milk from New Zealand in their products.

Got to read the labels especially for our fur kids.

Thank goodness we make our own chicken jerky. I don't think it saves us any money as chicken breast are usually around $2 a pound for boneless but we know the source of the food.

    [HIJACK]

$2 a pound for boneless chicken? Wow! That's cheap! Boneless chicken here is usually around $13/kg (moderate) sometimes $18/kg. One sale It's about $8/kg. That's for fresh not frozen.

    Since $0.99/lb= 2.18/ kg I'm guessing that $2/lb would be about $4.32/kg.

Good for you for making your own.
