TalkingMy Girls have lots of balls...

and we play with them every day!!! Honestly they do love the tennis balls, and I was wondering does anyone wash their dogs balls () when they are through playing? We have always scrubbed them off and same with the Chuck-it after each game. I also wipe their faces and mouths as they get really foamy and slobbery. Sometimes Boo looks like a boxer (human kind) when she turns to run and the spit flies through the air. Ewwww.

I wash Abbey's toys (even the stuffies) every now and then and I'll soak the non-stuffy ones, too.

    OMG !! tennisballs !!

Dont even go there! .. We often walk allong a tenniscourt, and Laika always find plenty of balls over there (realy, if you want to see a wagling tail, teach them to find those balls at such courts) !!

I was just thinking about dirty tennis balls this morning. Max is a foamer and he really chaws on them when he is retrieving. Abby is much more fastideous, so I throw or sling balls in two directions to keep them separate. When it's warmer, we play in the pond and that keeps the balls cleaner.

Now, I have two very beautiful and lovable critters that would eat the butt out of a dead skunk. I don't think I'm going to wash tennis balls

Thunder gets his nice and sloppery to make sure his scent is on it and then asks for it to be thrown! Yes, I rinse off the balls when we are done.

All the more reason to wash their faces as well as the balls!
