DefaultWow - Abbey's skin used to be so horrible!

I remember taking these pics because I thought the little red circle was ringworm - it actually ended up just being a gnat bite or fly bite, can't remember.. but look at the rest of her skin!

You can see her spay tattoo, but look how inflamed and discolored the skin was.. and there were so many little pustules all over the place that would crust up, break open, form scabs, etc. Poor girl!

So glad that we chose to switch to grain-free and what to do you know.. all the skin issues cleared up!

I never seen a spay tattoo before, but what a great idea.

I'm really tempted to jump on the grain free band wagon. I just don't want to switch Koko's food AGAIN. She was on some crap from humane society, when I got her I fed her Avoderm till I could find a innova dealer, now she is on innova. Her dry skin is actually improving but I still feel like the EVO would be better. I guess I'll wait it out.

I got her from the humane society, so I guess that's just what they do. Another humane society I volunteer at does it as well, especially with ferral cats.
