DefaultA cat just came to visit.

The dogs are curled up beside me while I work. A few moments ago a cat I have never seen before walked onto the deck about 3 feet away from Tessas bed. Those 2 snored away.
Oh this should be good. You poor cat you don't know you are about to have your wits scared out of you. The cat started to come in the open sliding door. I called... No...cat...don't come in here.
Those 2 snored away. The cat stood to on the deck deciding if it should come in or not.
What the heck is up with you Labs...there is a cat on the deck. Look guys there is a cat....Tessa looked up...A what...where...Run cat...run...Tessa slouched off the bed...Ernie snored away.

Tess took off after it without one single bark. I said..Erns...there is a cat out there...A cat...ERNIE...A..CAT.....he finally opened his eyes...a what...A cat Erns..There is a cat....wide eyed he got up and ran to the pantry.lolol.

Now if they had been on a lead and the cat was 50 feet away up a tree I would been doing a bit of grass surfing,, they would have been going so fast.. lol.

First here as we cats rarely come onto the property. Her previous owners said the only time she goes nuts is when she chases cats. She has pulled on the lead, but that could be the pair of them egging each other on.

Sounds like Shadow. If you weren't so far away, it could have been her. She's been inside next door and they have 3 dogs. They all bark at the fence at her and she taunts them, but the night she went in their house none of them made a peep. Our neighbour didn't notice her at first (she's black and it was night).

Oh jeez, if Avery even sees a cat he won't stop!!! He barks bloody murder hahaha...

    Your story cracked me up!

"A dog has no use for fancy cars, big homes, or designer clothes. A water log stick will do just fine. A dog doesn't care if your rich or poor, clever or dull, smart or dumb. Give him your heart and he'll give you his. How many people can you say that about? How many people can make you feel rare and pure and special? How many people can make you feel extraordinary?"- John Grogan
