We are getting desperate for rain. This is the "technical pond" about 500 yards from our home last January. It's around 5 acres when full.

This is what it looked like this morning when I had the two dawgs out.

We're down over 4 feet and the bottom is breaking surface in many areas.

But the dawgs don't mind ... they LOVE fetching bumpers on land or water ... especially the 100 yard plus launched R-R-T small dummies.

Great pictures, Jim, even tho the pond is low. It was 48 here at about 8 this morning. But we've had way too much rain- over 30 inches since the beginning of August. Given what we got this week, I'm willing to bet it's closer to 40 inches now.

I know you need the rain. I would gladly give you some of what have gotten the past two days. I also wanted to tell you, my girls would be thrilled with your property just the way it is. A little water for training is better than none at all. Nice pictures.
