DefaultButt tucking faster than the legs can take her.

Nikki ain't graceful.... She runs faster than her legs carry her and today she crashed flat to the ground with all legs sprawled out... She didn't yelp, just laid for a second or two and got up ready to run again. I'm afraid it will hurt her joints doing that. But then again I can't protect her from running and crashing or jumping in the air as much as I wish I could... She explores the world, sometimes a bit too fast.... I guess she'll learn eventually. I just hope it doesn't affect her joints .

There is so much to see & do in the world. Nikki just wants to see & do it all. She is a happy girl. She reminds me so much of Kate.

Ah Nikki, you have many years to explore the world. Take it just a tad slower and save Veronica from a heart attack.

Veronica ... bet you can almost remember being Nikki's age (in human years) and no matter what your Mom said, you HAD to learn for yourself. She'll be fine, testing limits is just part of puppyhood and God made their joints very supple for just that reason.

Ahhh... I remember those days well. Baloo gave me many mini-heart attacks on the growing up journey. But he turned out just fine and doesn't push the limits *as much* now. He still pushes 'em, but has much more co-ordination so less crashes.

Saba used to scare me a ton too - his favourite thing was to run full force in between trees. How he didn't crash head first into a tree I still don't know. I stood many times watching him and holding a hand on my heart thinking OMG..OMG...slow down!!
I guess since their years are 7 times more than human years, they have to experience everything 7 times faster..!!

    I'm so with you.

Nola miss-judges things all the time and I have little strokes.

Her classic is a jump off of the couch onto a standing Rhys or Ruby...and they move. THUD.
