Sorry if you posted this somewhere & I missed it, I did do a "Macy" search & didn't come up with anything. I noticed after you posted your cottage pics.... my fave is Rocky running in the water!... that Macy is no longer in your siggy pic. Is she still with you?
Yes she did!
Sharon, Blaise and Diesel.
Yes, she was adopted early august (second week or so). My other foster Nitro (black lab) was adopted just before I left for the cottage.
It was a hard one for me and I still think of her alot. I very nearly adopted her (I even said I would) but...it wasn't the right time for me. She has an awesome home and is greatly loved.
I am dog sitting a past foster this weekend (Cindy/Huff) and will look at taking a new foster soon.
Charlie (foster) and Rocky
Oh yay!! I guess I missed it, too. So glad she found a wonderful home!

It is so true, about it being hard on us. Some of them just worm their way into your heart. I've only had 7 fosters so far and with the exception of 1 (he was here just 2 days), I've cried when each one left. My last one, Ebony, was exceptionally tough as she was with Lexi & I for 12 weeks.
My pretty girl, Lexi!
Since I seem to miss a lot I always look at your Siggy pic to see who's living with you
Rocky must be lonely
That's gotta be so tough for you but glad Macy found a great forever home.
I'm happy that Macy found her forever home..but I'm sad because I wish you had kept her.
She was a special girl and I loved seeing pictures of her.
Glad to hear she went to a good home. That must have been hard to let her go.
I'm glad she is in a wonderful forever home! That must have been a tough one, Rocky seemed so smitten with her (as you were too, I'm sure!) I was hoping you would keep her! It takes a special kind of person to open their home to a foster & be able to let them go, able to decide what is best for the dog & not selfishly keep them when they could be better suited in another home. Good for you & everyone else here that fosters... I don't think I have the right stuff for that, I'd end up with a dozen dogs!!!
