UnhappyUpdate/good thoughts for my Indy boy

He has had a fast growing tumor (about 2 weeks now) on the top of his head, looked like a wart with no hair. On Friday it had tripled in size to about the size of a thumb nail and burst a bloody material. I got the bleeding to stop and have been putting triple antibiotic ointment on the top of his head. It doesnt seem to bother him at all, but he hates me smothering him looking at it all the time.

At 13 and with a multitude of health problems as it is, he cannot handle surgery. Please send a kind thought while we're at the vets today. He's my heart dog and I cant imagine life without him.

Thank you for all the prayers, the worked!!! It ended up being a cystic mass. He's such a great boy, the vet was able to give him a local, snipped it off at the base, then did a core biopsy to get the stalk out. He was an angel the whole time and didnt even get antsy. So, of course he got a cheeseburger because he was such a good boy. I'm able to breathe now and stop crying. I believe in the labby prayers.

Good thoughts coming your way. Perhaps the vet can do a local in the office and remove it for comfort/hygiene reasons quickly. Keep us updated.
