Abby & Kate waiting to get their nails cut. They love their treats they get after we are done, so they are pretty good.

Pretty dogs I let the vet worry about the nails. I can see Bentley's nail were i am supposed to cut but not Tank's and on both of them I am afraid I would hurt them.

Aww, the pretty girls want their manicure. My girls like it too, but with the boys, it's like pulling teeth.

Such good doggies! The last time we cut Baxters, I ended up literally laying on top of him, pinnning him down, while SU cut his nails. He finally gave up and lay there, panting and exhausted by the whole thing. BUT!!! I had him to the vet for his year appointment last Friday, and while the vet was on the floor with him, she crumbled a chewy biscuit on the floor, and trimmed both feet with him barely looking at her . I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT!! He glanced at her, and she threw a few more biscuits on the floor and that was it.

Dee doesn't really mind getting hers done. I've always done them myself, but I probably leave them a bit longer than they should be.....for fear of hitting the quick. Easier to see though than my dogs that had black nails.

    God dogs !

I don't get any problems with nail cutting, but Jasper needs treats to convince him that ear cleaning is needed.

I think that he dislikes the taste of the cleaner ! Can't blame him.

We have the routine where he sees the bottle, disappears upstairs and then reluctantly comes for his treat and the inevitable squirt in his ear. ( Two treats BTW one for each ear )
