    DefaultCould she be a mix?

I absolutely LOVE my dog and nothing will ever change that but Im wondering if there is something else in her. We got her from a BYB (wasent planned, just happened) they had mom there and a pic of dad and copies of the AKC papers. I didnt care about registering her or anything so I didnt really pay much attention. Shes always had big ears and I though she would grow into them but as shes getting bigger so are them darn ears! Also her coloring. Shes a Dudley?
    Heres some pics.

She's a beauty! I love her ears! She looks like all lab to me. I love Dudleys! Did her parents have longer ears? Her ears are seated correctly and not up high, many mixed breeds have high seated ears. Anyway, she is a really pretty girl!

Forget trying to figure out the mix (if there is any). You'll drive yourself insane with that.
Just get on with the business of training her and loving her. That's what it's about, really, in the long run.

I think she is purebred - just "pet" bred. You see a lot of variation in what Labs look like. When there is not care in selecting the parents for type then the offspring seem to start to revert back to what Labs used to look like. The more of that kind of un-selective breeding the less conforming the appearance.

And - she is very pretty herself.

You could maybe tell more about her, if she's a mix or not, if she's more grownup, and more in proportion

She is gorgeous. I would just enjoy her for now and see what she is like when she is an adult.

Looks like a typical pet bred dog. If you love her, then who cares. (and yes she is a Dudley)
