Dog on the menu in Korea to beat the heat
It's a dog day afternoon as Koreans try to beat the heat
Hershey Kisses, In charge of getting Ed out to the dog park so that he gets some exercise.
OMG! I couldn't even read the entire article as I wanted to vomit. I'll stick with beer or water to beat the heat thanks.

There was dog being served at a buffet in Jamaica when I went there.
This was YEARS ago though, not sure if they still serve it there, but I doubt it.
Ed... I really liked my bubble and you had to go an pop it. I can't handle that stuff...
You know why Jindos (a Korean breed) and Chow Chows (chinese) are known for being aggressive dogs? Because humans eat them!!!
Chow Chows in China were bred to become food. I would be aggressive towards humans too.
Just thinking about eating dogs makes my stomach sick.
To me, it's the same as eating horse meat. People eat it here and we don't boycott our own products. I would never eat dog meat, since I couldn't bring myself to do it, but it's not like they torture the dogs before.

Not reading it. There was some thing on tv last week about Korean kids with disabilities and dogs helping them and DD piped up and said "they also like to eat them!"
For the record, I find dog eating horrifying and disgusting. But I would also remind everyone that pigs are as intelligent, sensitive, and emotional as dogs, so if you eat bacon you really have no right to criticize.
Years ago I lived in a fairly rural area in Venezuela. They had roadside shacks on the side of the road selling dog meat. My stepdad would torture my brother and I when we would be eating dinner saying he picked it up on the roadside.
