Nikki is a good girl! Today we went to the clinic to get the 12 weeks vaccination. Everybody loved on her, including the bus drivers... She sure is one brave pup up in the laps and giving kisses.
Got me today people wont do that for long now... Soon enough people will scream and run when they see her . Well hopefully not, but people are pretty good at ignoring adult dogs. Don't really see a difference.
Back to the vet. It was a new vet I didn't met before. She was a doll! Always afraid to meet new vets since you never know if you're a match or not. Well we all clicked. She gave Nikki the shot. Proud mom here, not a sound! No biting the vet. All good.
She told me not to worry about the dandruff and I went home with an expensive bottle of Omega 3/6... Heart sounded good and she is in good weight at 7 kg.
Finally I gave the vet an envelope to bring to the big hospital, as she works there too. For my favorite vet in the whole world. Wanted him to see Nikki, even if he just works at the big hospital now. He told me "I hope you one day will get a puppy after all. And you will bring her here and I will meet her" I told him: "No I ain't no puppy person and there will never ever be a new one" He said: "You never know that". So I wanted him to "see" Nikki and I know that will make him smile. The vet promised me to give it to him as soon as she met him.
A few pics from today:
"Nikki wanna go to the doctor for the huge needle in your neck? Nikki: I'm not sure about this.... Me: Don't worry rat. This will be fun."
At the clinic. Wondering what to come"
At home. Nikki is sleeping and I enjoyed the wonderful silence while it lasted!
(more pics to come)
And a few pictures from yesterday. Sporting off her new harness:
Awww such a sweet baby girl.
How do you stop kissing that adorable face! (Judy had a harness just like that when she was a pup.)
I love the profile of her sitting like a big girl!! What a sweet girl!
She does have the cutest little lab face!!
I <3 her!!

Some people are like slinkies. Not really good for much, but bring a smile to your face when pushed down the stairs.
