    DefaultShould I be concerned?

I've noticed that Remy, who's 3, has a leg that "cracks" when he gets up every now and then. Just a little "pop" when he stands up from a lying position. I've seen nothing else to cause concern...no lameness, no running funny, no sign of him being uncomfortable or stiff.

But of course I worry. Should I have this checked out?

Just because unfortunately this breed is so prone to joint problems, I would definitely check it out with your ortho vet. Labs are good at hiding pain, and with joint problems the earlier you detect them and treat them the better for long term control.

Hope its nothing and it can be fixed with some WD-40...

Maybe mention it to your vet at your next visit. I don't think its necessary to make a trip right now to get it checked since you mentioned he doesn't show any other signs of it bothering him.

Definitely worth mentioning though, just to be safe.

I would mention it. Hope it is nothing serious .
