    DefaultTalking about service dogs

It was reported in the telegraph yesterday that some service dogs are fitted with titanium teeth that are capable of piercing bullet proof vests !

Is that going too far ?

I read that too. IMO that's going way too far. Dogs are living creatures, not robots, not weapons, living creatures...

Aggree! I wonder how un- comftorable it has to be, Has anyone seen the dogg denteres commercial for the denti stixs? That is probablkey what they feel like! When I got my fillings in for cracking 2 of my teth I was in a lot of pain then to. Sometimes I still get pain if I bite something to hard.

I have mixed feelings about it. It seems that the teeth are making life, in some ways, easier for the dogs -- less tooth breakage, thus not having to have surgery when they're older, etc.. But the other part of me wonders "what's next?" ...

    I agree ^^

Sounds like it enables these dogs to continue working since their teeth maybe sore or broken.

I guess you have to fix broken teeth somehow.
