DefaultVideo of Barley and his "brake-fast" bowl

Dinner normally takes 30 sec. for Barley but with this bowl it takes almost 3 minutes! He really has to work for his food! I still think he gobbles his food down but it's much better than before.

Here's a video... This is an 80+ lb. 1.5 yr. old Lab using the Medium bowl from www.brake-fast.net.

Did he seem annoyed with having to chase his food? I can't decide if it looks like a lot of work for them to eat. Your dog didn't seem to mind but I was getting anxious watching it...like "get that piece there" "oh come on get that one over there...almost...so close". It just looks aggervating to me. Do you think the dogs mind or do you think it stimulates their brains?

Ha ha, yeah, I get anxious! But I guess they like the work...I have this fancy puzzle where you put food in it and they have to really work to get the food out so I think making them use their brain is a good thing.

Here's a link to the puzzles/games I mentioned. She talks about dogs needing to stimulate their brains. http://www.nina-ottosson.com/DogProducts.htm

    Neat video!

Daisy figured out how to tip over and dump out her brake-bowl, so now I just put toys in it, and so far she has not realized that she could just take them out, and they do seem to serve their purpose.

Thanks for the link to the puzzle as well, I think I'll get Daisy one!
