    DefaultHalloween and your Labs

Do you put costumes on your labradors? and how does your Lab like Halloween?

Ruby is going as a skunk this year. Ruby is our daughter's dog and she has already bought and modeled the costume. Ruby is used to being subjected to dress up and manicures so she accepts this torture good naturedly.
Aidan had a costume once and ate it.
Emma won't stand still long enough to have one put on her.

Our guys loveeeee Halloween. We gate off the dining room and let them watch all of the kids come in. They get a ton of extra pats and loving and think it's the best holiday ever.

    Happy Halloween, everyone!

Lexi loves Halloween, she gets some extra attention & of course trys to mooch treats off the kids.

No costume for her, she barely tolerates fancy collars or bandanas. I do have a witch hat for her, but that will be short-lived.

Would love to see Ruby in her skunk costume!

    My pretty girl, Lexi!

We don't get trick-or-treaters but Raven will still have a costume put on her at various times throughout the month!!! Sometimes we take her to petsmart for their Howloween party but we missed it this year. She has a ladybug costume this year.

Clarence was a matador a few years ago and we were going to use that again, with Fitzgerald as his bull, but I just couldn't get it together this year. Maybe next year. Definitely want to see a picture of the skunk!

I have a pumpkin costume for Oakley and she is absolutely mortified in it.
She went trick or treating last year to Grammie's house, the place where I buy her food, my aunts house and a couple of friends places. She likes the treats and tolerates the costume. I took pictures of her in it 2 years ago and you can tell in the pics that she is NOT impressed!
Not sure what we are going to do this year.

Sammi told me she specifically picked us because she knew we would never try to put a costume of any sort on her She barely tolerates her life jacket, costume no way!

Charlotte is going as a skunk
Jake is going as Tom Brady (he's from Maine, therefore he loves the Patriots)

They wear the costumes while we're on the porch handing out candy or until they tear them off LOL

Since we have moved to the northern woods we do not have trick or treaters any longer but in Houston Tank used to be a Chili Pepper.
