and it's great news!!! It was a grade 1 MCT and there was a very clear margin of where the tumour cells ended.
My vet called this morning as soon as he got in. I am so relieved I did a little dance!!! I could cry tears of happiness. Stitches are coming out next Wednesday and all will be back to normal..
I think my pup will be getting some special Xmas presents this year.
Thanks everyone for all your great wishes. I have no doubt they helped!
I am so happy and relieved for you!

That is good news...for what its worth, my Honey has had two grade 1 MCT removed, one 4 years ago and one just last month ( she is 8 )
She exhibited no after effects at all, good appettite, energy level, etc.
A local breeder/trainer ( she raises goldens, who are susceptible to MCT )
suggested we feed Honey some canned asparagus with her dinner. Claims it helps to ward off future tumors. She seems to like it, and like the proverbial Jewish mother says about chicken soup, it cant hurt..
good wishes for your pup...
Woohoo Agnes! That is great news. I am so happy for you. Please give Saba some scratches and treats from us.
