    DefaultPhycho! (Psycho! -- Better??)

    Oh.my.maude.

Dozer is almost seven months old and it shows. He is a psycho. He is also spending a lot more time in his crate and/or attached to me on a leash, because he is into everything and it doesn't matter how much exercise he has had, he still finds enough energy to be mischievous.

It's just a phase, this too shall pass ... It's just a phase, this too shall pass ... It's just a phase, this too shall pass ... It's just a phase, this too shall pass ...
It's just a phase, this too shall pass ... It's just a phase, this too shall pass ... It's just a phase, this too shall pass ... It's just a phase, this too shall pass ...

If I keep repeating that I will not go insane.

Seven months ... bleh ... adolescence is in full force now.

    EEEEEEEP!

It will pass, I promise! You're doing the right thing by crating him and tethering him to you. This is his "teenage" phase and he's going to test you every chance he gets.

LOL, I read the title as "fie-coe" and was confused for a second...

It WILL pass, some days are better than others. We're still there, although Baloo has much more good days than bad now.

So... uh... hang in there, just another few years to go!!

Part of the Lab's appeal is his/her innate intelligence and curiosity. Dozer is just seeking more information about what is going on around him. He will mellow....some....at some point....as the years go by.

That said, I just broke up a tug-of-war between our 6 y/o and 22 m/o. They were using the cord from an electric heater (not plugged in) that one of them severed without pulling the heater from the shelf where it was stored.

I knew I had, but couldn't be bothered to change it. When I typed it out it was one of those moments where I was thinking "THAT doesn't look right ..." but left it anyway.

    I know it'll pass ... patience is a virtue.
