Defaultany suggestions for dog proof ornaments??

Lola is fascinated with the ornaments on the tree. She is getting up in the middle of the night and bringing them to my bed. She has broken a few and I am afraid she is going to get hurt....I even tried the non glass ones and she eats those too. Suggestions welcomed.

Can you keep her away from the tree? It sounds like no matter what you put on she's going to love it to pieces (literally).

I don't put any glass ornamnets on anymore. But I posted about Kate chewing a wooden on this year. She is the only one interested in the tree. She knows "leave it" but when I can't see her in the act...well you know...too much temptation. We are lucky, our tree is in the family room & I can close the door when we are not in it. Good luck.

I always put the breakables beyond their reach. Tank and Orson leave the tree alone. Don't know about Sully Monser because this will be the first Christmas with us

Its official...all the ornaments are off the tree...I left the lights, she isn't eating those yet. I was cooking dinner and heard her cough, she had the top of the ornament stuck in her mouth....I left our angel on top, she cant eat that.

That's too funny! The very first thought that popped into my head was "bricks". Nicely painted, of course.

We just put a pet gate around our tree. Mo, our l-year-old lab, loved picking ornaments off the tree, even when we'd decorated only the top 2/3rds of the tree!

I was going to suggest decorating with festively red kong toys.
