    DefaultParker's Progress

I wanted to let you all know that Parker is getting better in his behavior. He is not so "aggressive" at the electric fence line and seems calmer. I have started him on the NILIF program and he does well with that, even if all I make him do is sit, and sometimes give his paw. Sometimes he does it with just a look. I am also working on his sit stay which seems to be improving.

We are considering getting a fence to keep him in the back as the front seems to be where he is having most of his problems. We are getting price quotes on both vinyl and wood post fences.

All in all, Parker seems to be a better boy. I had a couple of serious "talks" with him. Maybe he understood what I was saying. Or maybe he just knows how much dad and I love him and want him to safe and well behaved.

    Everyone have a great Thanksgiving.

Peg and Parker (and Linus too)

Glad to hear things are getting better...keeping him in the back sounds like a really good idea. Sometimes I really think they understand everything we say to them. Enjoy your Thanksgiving and thanks for the update. Keep us posted and continued good luck to you

Very good news! I hope you can manage the fence; it will give all of you so much freedom and peace of mind.
