    DefaultTraining Successes!

For awhile now I have cranked up the training with Tal and Barney, especially the stay. Plus we have been walking alot more since I have dropped 45 lbs so far and don't get winded easily Anyway, today a friend came over to help me remove a shelf that was there when I moved in. I put them both in a sit stay, and they were pretty calm...calmer than ever before when someone came over. And I am finally able to star weaning them off the pinch collar. They really have not needed it for quite awhile now...not sure what took me so long, but they are walking really nicely on leash.

Did I mention that I am proud of them?

How wonderful! Good boys, Tal and Barney. You made your dad and us happy.

You should be proud of them. It took awhile for my girls to walk nice with just a flat collar. Our trainer had us use the pinch collar for awhile and it did work. Way to go, Tal & Barney.

Thanks! I have about 30 more lbs to go but on my way. Plus I now have the stamina to walk the boys like I want/need to. Walking in the areas out by the college is really nice, especially this time of year with all the color changes! And it is really pleasant temps
