This past weekend we took the dogs for a walk on the woods instead of mountain biking. My good friend hurt his back so he didnīt want to ride the bike, and since his dog (Chana) has retired from mountain biking she hadnīt come to the woods in a long time. For us, since Homerīs ED surgery I also stopped taking them with me.
All three dogs were completely happy and had a blast. The pics are not very good because they wouldnīt stay still, but you can see the wonderful place where I mountain bike each weekend.
Chana is the senior "lady". Sheīs a sweeeeet lovely lab and surrogate mom to Misha and Homer. They love her. The pics are huge, sorry...
Great pictures and a lovely walk. It looks as if the dogs had a blast.
Enchanting surroundings! The dogs are lovely and I especially like that last pic.

Dogs love the woods, itīs really amazing. This sunday it was only my friend and I, but back when all dogs where in shape we had 5 Labradors, a German Pointer and a mutt in the group. It was fun having all dogs together, you should see a 5 lab + pointer tail ducking chasing game!
Itīs also common for us to find feral dogs there and, amazingly, they love coming with us for our bike rides, they donīt want food, they just want to come with us and run behind (or in front) of the bikes. Some of these dogs are awesome that I have felt bad leaving them there, they would make great pets, but I know that next week there will be another, then another... you know... at least we give them a good time.
