Very cute and a really patient Lab. And - to be the buzz kill - I don't think toddlers should be permitted to manhandle dogs like that - even very patient Labs.
What a sweet calm lab! And the boy was actually not rough with the dog at all, he was very loving.
My niece used to drink her bottle using our Lab as a pillow (Muffin, she was such a good nanny), then she served as the perfect aid for helping her learn how to walk.
I aboslutely love the way the dog follows his boy everywhere he goes, but I agree, no child should be allowed to climb on any dog. A misplaced knee or foot could cause damage to the dog's internal organs.
When I was a kid we had a lab/beagle mix babysitter like that. It was his job, he knew it and he took his responsibility seriously...to the point of growling at my parents if they looked like they were going to spank us.
