    DefaultFanny soothing Mom-Mom

My BIL died last week after complications from pneumonia, needless to say life has been sad around our house.

Last Friday MIL was upset on and off all day, Fanny sat by her all day. Saturday we were away and on Sunday Fanny was crying on and off all afternoon.

Fanny didn't want me, she didn't want Daddy, she wanted Mom-Mom! Apparently, she felt that some kisses from Mom-Mom would make Mom-Mom feel better..............

Fanny does not sit beside you or snuggle in bed with you but she is always close and will always stay nearby if you aren't feeling well. Mom-Mom felt much better after her kisses.....................

I am sorry for your loss. It is so nice how our dog friends know just what we need and we don't even have to ask for it.

I am very sorry for your loss, but so happy that you and your family have Fanny. Dogs, and especially labs, are amazing in their ability to sense our emotions and adjust their behavior to them!
