    DefaultAn Old Dawg Dreaming

Cappy's right behind me on the floor sound asleep but with all 4 legs twitching ... and then suddenly they make a coordinated effort at what appears to be a big leap. I think he's dreaming of days gone by when he loved pool play.

Aw...nice picture. When my girls do that I wonder if they are reliving good hunting days.

I have no doubt in my mind that the dogs dream. Often the leg action cannot be explained by twitches or cramps. She runs in her sleep.

    Cute picture.
Dozer doesn't run, but he sure makes funny noises with his mouth sometimes. Mostly he just snores. Loudly.

Love the story and the picture. Reggie would run in his sleep. It wasn't just twitching, it was coordinated running. Blackie barks in her sleep, it's so cute, it's a noiseless bark, more air that noise. Ranger? well he just snores in his sleep.

Lovely Picture. Usually when Pitch gets running in his sleep, we always say he is dreaming of a big cat chasing him.

That is such a great picture. My dogs run in their sleep all the time and their whole body starts moving - I would sure like to see what they are dreaming about.

I love the dream time twitching legs, too.
Paddy remembered many an adventure in his later years, during his sleep. So very, very dear.
