Peanut butter is ok. I heard nuts are bad as well, but I don't know about peanuts specifically, I just avoid all nuts. Also bad are raisins and grapes in addition to the onions you already said.

It's ok, just really fatty so I wouldn't give it to her often. As a special treat, and even then probably a tablespoon or two tops.

I freeze baby food in kongs and my guys LOVE that, not nearly as fatty and still a hit with them - win win!

We use PB smeared in a thin layer at the big end of the boyz' Kongs, just to hold everything inside before they get frozen.

to clarify, by "stuffed" I mean about a tablespoon spread around the inside of a kong, or for a longer lasting treat, sealed both ends with peanut butter and filled with a variety of treats/kibble then frozen. Sometimes I'll use plain yogurt in the kongsicle instead.

I never thought of baby food...great idea! What flavors are the best?

I also didn't know nuts were bad...I don't feed Tucker nuts, but I will give him a walnut or almond occasionally if I am eating them...

Why would nuts be a problem?
