    Default30 minutes in winterland

It's been snowing everyday since a week before christmas. I've been trying to take some pictures of TRR in the snow, but I'll just end up with blurry, grey pics of black on white in movement. None of the pics are worth looking at. Today however, at noon, the sun came peking through the clouds, so I grabbed my trusty Nikon, and the labs and went out to the "Summer-field" (it's where the horses are kept in the summer). The sun did wonders on my limited photografing skills. 30 minutes later, it started snowing again. Enough already!

Perfect lighting for a black lab in snow (Bonnie):

Guess I should take the opportunity to make the next christmas card now.

Fab pics. That last one is a classic.

Does your camera have a "burst mode" setting? If it has, set it on that for the action shots when they're running around at 100mph.

Good thing the dogs are black, otherwise they might get lost! I'll bet they were tired after trudging through all of that snow. Gorgeous pics.

Some people are like slinkies. Not really good for much, but bring a smile to your face when pushed down the stairs.
