    DefaultLarge Kidneys

I have two 6 month old lab puppies, one of my girls (Luna) got really sick about a month back. She was incredibly lethargic, dizzy, wouldn't eat for days. We took her to the vet and about $800 later all of the tests they ran came up negative. My vet mentioned that both of her kidneys are abnormally large, he did not seem concerned at all and said this could just be an anomaly and didn't seem to cause her any issues. She went on a couple of different antibiotics and is back to her old self!
I guess I'm just concerned because everything I've read about kidney enlargement talks about renal failure. My husband says the vet knows best but I just thought I'd see if anyone has any similar experiences?
