We just took in 2 beautiful 1 yr old labs, brother(chocolate)and his sister(yellow). I have had labs before a long time ago, but never 2 together and of the same age. This is a treat and a slight challenge as they are very dependent on each other(we are working on that though). The chocolate is going to be a therapy dog and the yellow is going to be my handicapped sons service dog. The chocolate is cornbread( I know , right , more like burnt cornbread) and the yellow is Jada. I will post pics as soon as I can.
hi and welcome.
i once had 2 littermates, half golden, half lab. i made the mistake of never training them apart from one another and their bond was unreal.
try and give each time apart from one another and with you, for training.
good luck and keep us posted.
Welcome! It sounds like you have your work cut out for you, good luck.

Welcome. Labs are such good company. I cannot imagine my husband (retired) at home all day while I work.... by himself. Jack and he have a great relationship. I think that it is probably a good idea that the spend time alone with you.
