I've been using this forum a lot as an information source for the last couple months and decided it was time to jump in with both feet so to speak. That is, if my Lab/Aussie mix is acceptable. My name's Dani and my 4 month old little Energizer bunny of a dog is Louie. His mom is a full blood black lab that likes to jump on the trampoline and his father is a full blood red Australian Shepherd that works cattle and such. However, Louie's Lab genes seem to be most dominant since he has more of that demeanor, coloration, coat texture, and even the webbed feet. Since he has the stubby tail of the Aussie, most people think he's a lab and look at me in disgust because they think I docked his tail. Lame. It's nice to meet everyone... I'm excited to find such an active message board with good people. I spent a few hours being entertained and disgusted by the psycho train wreck in the Nutrition section. I will update with pictures as soon as I get them loaded onto Photobucket.
