Hi everyone - I'm Nicole. We are in the process of adopting a male Yellow Lab from a Lab rescue group. We've been approved - but the dog we want has heartworms. He will be treated in GA before we go get him. We are a family of four - dh, myself and our two sons: 9 and almost 5. We cannot wait to get our new family member home with us!
We have two female cats: a Persian who is 9 and a tuxedo @ 3 years old that we adopted from our local Humane Society last spring. They are indoor only cats. We are curious to see what they will think of their new brother. The lab is good with kids and other animals - so I think he'll be fine...but the cats are going to be "oh NO they didn't" when we bring him home.
I found this site while looking around online for everything Lab related.
Welcome! Thanks for rescuing
