DefaultA new Chocolate coming home soon!

I bought my pup the other day after searching for quite some time. I have always had a soft spot for Chocolates, My first was a rescue from a shelter in Idaho. He was a big Moose, named Jake. Since then i have wanted to get another lab, But the wife wanted a Boxer so i had to wait. Now that my time is almost over here in the sandbox, it is time to get home and start the life with a Lab.

I have hunted several different breeds and hope to get "Lucifer" started off on the right foot. The training will begin as soon as she comes home, which should be the 1st of June.

I have heard some rumors that Chocolates are very stubborn, as am i so this will be a test of all my skills and patience. Either way Lucifer will be welcome to the family, No if i can keep my 17 month old son from spoiling her i may just be ok.

Chocolates are no more stubborn than any other color lab. It's like believing blondes really ARE stupid.

Temperament and trainability come from breeders that focus on doing it right. If you picked a good breeder, you'll get a good dog.

~It doesn't matter how smart the dog is,it matters how smart the owner is.
