Defaultanyone know any good field trainers in the northeast?

im currently training with linda sperco, as well as meeting up for weekend training with a group. I've been wanting to get into a carol casitty seminar or mitch's seminar from gamekeepers in ohio. I might be driving to ohio to get some privates with him the end of april...... any suggestions on anyone much closer ????????????????

Have you talked to Eleanor Campbell from Top Dog? I think she's done some field work with her GSPs. Even if she hasn't, she might know of someone.

ETA- DUH! When she gets back, talk to Petra. She did some derbies with Tyler when he was younger.

Post this on the RTF and you will get a lot of good feedback. I have been to Carol's seminar, she is a co-officer with me in BAHRC, and she is as good a dog person, and just a person, as they come.

    Best Regards,
    Mark

Just a thought, but, try the website for Navesink River Hunting Retriever Club, there may be trainers listed in the links section.
