    DefaultShould I enter him?

Hi All, There is a specialty in my area in June. I was wondering whether I should enter him. He would be in the 6 to 9 month class. These are a few new picture's, hopefully better What do you think? I should also add that I can't seem to get him to wag his tail. I've tried throwing the bait up in the air in front of him. He just seems so interested in the food he forgets he has a tail. ;D ;D Any suggestions on that?

Enter him...it's a good judge for him.
Get a clicker and say some silly things to get him happy. As soon as you see the tail come up, click and feed...don't worry too much about a perfect stack at this point. Keep going until he wags his tail when he sees the clicker...then you can give it a name and lose the clicker and ask for it in a stack again

Go for it. if only for the experience. The worst you can do is have a good time.

Go! I will be there Sunday, (we are doing the toledo show on Saturday) and it would be nice to see you again and meet Mr Mags, and perhaps get a better photo of him for you

He's quite mature for the 6-9 class so go. Make sure you try and get him to be more animated - wagging and stretching a bit for the bait. Jump around, sing a song, toss the bait - do anything!!!!

Okay, I think I'm convinced. I have him in handling classes right now, but he is having a hard time standing still when the instructor comes around. I'm assuming that it will be a little more tolerated with him being just a puppy at the show. He seems to wiggle around and move his feet. He's not to bad at showing his bite. I still have over a month to practice. ;D ;D

I say no more practice, except for catching biscuits and freebaiting for dinner.

    See ya there!

And BOOHOO laura, I don't feel sorry for you, you'll have squishy puppies!
