I realise I haven't introduced myself here yet!
I just wanted some critiques on my new show labrador. He is five months old.
In the first picture he was nine weeks and in the second picture he was 4 months old. I think he might be a bit long in the body and he seems to be sloping in the back end as he has grown. I think this happens to some pups as they grow though.
I'd appreciate some feedback.

He is a very promising boy. He has good bone and good coat and a nice topline. He appears well ballanced especially for his age. At 4 months usually they fall totally apart. What is his pedigree?
Welcome to the group.
I don't think he has a sloping topline...his front and rear angles match quite well. The slope appears to be in the croup although it could just be that pic as he seems to have a nice croup and tail set at 8 weeks and I can't see it changing that much.
That is a nice little prospect you have there. What is the pedigree?
To err is human:To forgive, canine."
Sorry yes I meant sloping croup rather than whole topline.
His coat looks dreadful there as he'd just had a bath :-[ and he was still a bit wet.
